Project Lead

As a Project Lead, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects. You will coordinate resources, manage team dynamics, and ensure clear, effective communication with all stakeholders.

  • Process & Continuous Improvement:
    • Ensure adherence to management, reporting, and governance standards.
    • Operate effectively across methodologies.

You will work on key responsibilities such as ensuring timely stakeholder approvals, configuring software, developing efficient solutions, and assisting in test case production and execution.

In this role, you will also be responsible for calculating project burn and cycle time, communicating deviations from the Business Blueprint or Statement of Work, and monitoring delivery progress.

Additionally, you will foster collaborative relationships with other business functions, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a specialization in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Statistics.
  • 10-12 years of experience in project methodology, demonstrating a strong understanding of project management practices within the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Sound knowledge of databases such as Oracle and SQL Server.
  • Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
