Job Title: Technical Resolution Specialist

This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who will work closely with airlines to resolve their technical issues and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quickly assess airlines' unique requirements and collect necessary information to log incoming requests.
  • Respond promptly to airline inquiries, resolving customer issues efficiently and keeping them updated on the status.
  • Coordinate airline customers' requests with different teams, negotiate delivery expectations, and provide commitment dates.
  • Address customer questions by effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace/Aeronautics with 3-6 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
  • Strong team player able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced collaborative environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and multitask.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like MS Dynamics.
  • Good knowledge of Nacelle Systems and its components on various civil aircraft programs.
