Repair CoordinationPrimary responsibilities Quickly understands and assesses Airlines unique requirements collects all the necessary inputs and logs incoming Airline customers requests received via email for Repair Spares other maintenance enquiries and technical requests Provides rapid response to Airline phone calls and emails proactively and promptly provide updates to status requests and resolve customer issues Co-ordinates Airline customers requests with different groups negotiate delivery expectations provide commit dates to customer proactively assess and resolve customer issues Address customer questions by effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner Ensure strict compliance to Aftermarket departmental procedures Company policies Export requirements including compliance to all US export control requirements Maintain a high degree of reliability and accuracy in all communications with Airlines MROs OEMs Suppliers and other key stakeholders Work alongside with a globally diverse aftermarket team of highly skilled engineers and be at the forefront of driving airline customer experience Work with Collins Spares team Airline Field Support Managers in resolving Customer issues Report into Aftermarket technical services leaders and help in driving organizations vision of the best aerospace systems company in the world Preferred Skills Functional knowledge of Nacelle Systems and its components on various civil aircraft programs Very good familiarity and working knowledge of CRM systems like MS Dynamics Previous experience in Aftermarket customer support engineering organization Knowledge of various technical publications such as Component Maintenance Manual Aircraft Maintenance Manual Structural Repair Manuals Service Bulletins Airworthiness Directives etc Demonstrate technical understanding of maintenance repair overhaul and regulatory requirements in the commercial aircraft industry Drive to provide excellent customer service and experience with an awareness of stakeholders Demonstrate flexibility to work in day shifts and on weekends or holidays on rotation as required Good team player willing to work in a dynamic and fast paced collaborative environment Good spoken and written English communication skills at a professional level Ability to organize prioritize multi-task and manage time effectively Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with short lead times handling multiple repair tasks Basic knowledge of Nacelle Systems for legacy aircraft programs and new aircraft programs such B787 A320Neo A220 A350 is preferred Basic Qualifications Minimum of Bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering or Aerospace or Aeronautics with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in similar roles Collins Aerospace a Raytheon Technologies company is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry Collins Aerospace has the capabilities comprehensive portfolio and expertise to solve customers toughest challenges and to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving global market Our Advanced Structures team leverages advanced materials and additive manufacturing to develop complex interior and exterior solutions These solutions ensure structural integrity of the aircraft help aircraft take off and land stay trim in the air move forward carry cargo and conduct rescues We delight our customers with superior products and best-in-class service Our global team is committed to continuous improvement -
