About this Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Business Development Specialist to lead our team's growth in securing and managing SEO, PPC, SMM, and content marketing projects on Upwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure digital marketing projects on Upwork that align with our business objectives.
- Develop compelling proposals and digital strategies that meet client requirements.
- Manage relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute successful campaigns that drive revenue growth.
- Supervise and mentor junior business development executives to improve performance and skills.
- Maintain monthly targets for the team and track progress using KPIs.
- Conduct regular training sessions on Upwork bidding strategies and client communication best practices.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in digital marketing business development via Upwork, proven success in securing and managing SEO, PPC, SMM, and content marketing projects, prior experience in team leadership and performance management, strong knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools, and excellent client communication and project coordination skills.
