Drive Strategic Growth as Senior Manager of Key Projects

In this critical role, you will serve directly under the CEO to execute strategic initiatives and drive cross-functional priorities. You will lead special projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and facilitate alignment across departments to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Lead special projects that align with the CEO's vision and drive business outcomes.
  • Versatile Problem-Solver: Act as a trusted advisor to solve complex problems and ensure smooth operations.
  • Content Development: Create compelling content and presentation decks to support executive-level decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate collaboration across departments to drive strategic goals and achieve business results.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 8+ years of experience in handling strategic projects for an Office of Eminence or similar high-impact role.
  • Comfortable with domestic/overseas travel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in the Education Industry and passion for making a positive impact.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
