Our team in Mumbai currently has an opening for a Talent Acquisition and Management Professional - HR Generalist.

>

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a Pan-India Talent Acquisition Strategy and Operations.
  • Collaborate with SBUs to create Manpower plans and budgets, ensuring hirings align with approved plans and budgets throughout the year.
  • Partner with hiring managers to determine current and future staffing needs and synchronize them with available talent in the market.
  • Manage the TA process from sourcing to onboarding within specified timelines, adhering to TA policy and tracking recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire and cost-per-hire).
  • Organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding activities, and ensure new employees settle well.
  • Manage the Talent Management process for the organization, including initiatives like HiPO programs, restructuring, and manpower optimization projects.
  • Maintain and update the job description database across departments and levels in collaboration with SBUs.
  • Develop and manage vendors associated with TA and TM processes, evaluating performance, ROI, and managing analytics and budget variances.
  • Support new policy and process design, organizational projects, and represent the employer at community and recruiting events.
  • Ensure timely preparation and sharing of periodic MIS reports with the Reporting Manager.
  • Support other HR functions as required by the Director HR.
  • Support Learning & Development activities:
  • Ensure trainings are conducted well, track gaps or changes in the training plan, and report training hours and maintain the training MIS.
  • Facilitate external trainings with appropriate approvals and coordinate logistics.
  • Ensure department KPIs or learning goals are met.
  • Support overall Generalist HR activities as required.

Your Profile

Any Bachelor's degree with post-graduation in Human Resources or a related field.
