Job Overview:

  • The University seeks a highly skilled and innovative Architect to lead the planning, design, and execution of campus infrastructure projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

Campus Planning & Design

  • Develop master plans and architectural designs for academic buildings, hostels, laboratories, libraries, auditoriums, and other university facilities.
  • Incorporate modern educational infrastructure concepts, smart classrooms, and collaborative spaces.
  • Ensure optimal space utilization with scalability for future growth.

Regulatory Compliance & Approvals

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory bodies, norms, and state/local building codes.
  • Obtain necessary approvals from municipal and statutory authorities.
  • Implement universal accessibility (ramps, lifts, signage) across campus.

Sustainability & Green Initiatives

  • Design eco-friendly and energy-efficient infrastructure (solar, rainwater harvesting, natural ventilation).
  • Promote green campus practices aligned with relevant recommendations.
  • Integrate smart building technologies for energy and resource conservation.
