Job Position: Placement Manager

A seasoned professional is required to oversee and manage multiple departments in various locations within the University and Hospital.

The university offers courses in Health Sciences, Engineering, Business Management, Arts and Science. It nurtures over eight thousand students and is a hub of activities involving the nation's who's who.

The campus offers excellent support facilities, including shopping, medical facilities, entertainment, and transportation. The campus is located near Gurgaon, NCR Region, with convenient access to Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Preparing students for placements and ensuring placements of students in programs.
  2. Leading engagement activities from the pre-placement stage, through the placement procedure, and the placement stage by monitoring, controlling, and reporting progress.
  3. Developing strong industry connections with private sector companies, recruitment firms, and HR Consultants in Delhi – NCR.
  4. Maintaining online communities and social media platforms.
  5. Versatile networking through job portals and technology platforms.
  6. Interacting with industries on career opportunities and employment trends.
  7. Connecting with other resources and institutions (government-affiliated bodies).
  8. Assisting in internship identification and data management.
  9. Preparing detailed reports from placement data for periodical reviews.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelors' degree in management, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate degree in management, human resources, business administration, or a related field (desirable).
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the placement process.
  • A minimum of 15 years or more of relevant experience in Corporate Placements in NCR Region.
