We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Fundraising & Research Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to consolidate their skills and grow into a frontline fundraising professional.

Job Description

As a Fundraising & Research Associate, you will be responsible for building the fundraising backbone of our organization by maintaining an up-to-date donor database, researching and mapping new prospects, and preparing concise donor and prospect briefs for leadership and Development Board meetings.

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with donors, including correspondence, meetings, and phone calls.

You will also be responsible for drafting proposals, reports, and presentations aligned with our initiatives, ensuring that proposal/report templates are current and standardized across initiatives.

  • Contribute to donor newsletters, mailers, and impact communications.

In addition, you will maintain grant calendars and submission trackers, ensuring that all donor/board interactions are logged in CRM within 48 hours.

  • Lead the fundraising design and delivery of donor salons and stewardship events, working with operations staff for logistics.
