Senior DFT Design Engineer Role

We are seeking an accomplished professional with a strong background in Design for Testability (DFT) and ASIC cycle to design and implement solutions for scan and built-in self-test (BIST) circuitry.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in DFT Design Engineering, with hands-on expertise in Tcl, Perl, and Shell scripting, and proficiency in standard EDA and flow tools.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implementation of Scan insertion and validation, BIST, MBIST insertion and validation, ATPG, IP Tests, and Pattern validation.
  • DFT mode timing analysis and sign-off.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Strong fundamentals on DFT and ASIC cycle.
  • Hands-on experience with DFT implementation using standard EDA and flow tools.
  • Experience with latest technology nodes (28nm, 16nm, 7nm).
Education Background

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in VLSI/Electronics/Electrical/Computer/Instrumentation Engineering from a reputable institution.
