Job Description

A BIM/Revit modeller will be responsible for developing detailed models from drawings, sketches and calculations for MEP, LV, Fire Fighting, PHE services in construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge in creating detailed models, including architectural design, civil engineering elements, interior fit-out and landscape works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed Revit models and construction documentation for MEP, LV, Fire Fighting, PHE services from schematic design through construction phases.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, design engineers, interior designers, and project managers to understand design intent and project requirements.
  • Proficiency in using BIM authoring tools to provide technical support to the project team.
  • Create discipline specific BIM system families for projects.
  • Ensure all models comply with project design intent, relevant building codes, standards and project specifications.
Requirements

Fresher to 8 years of experience as a Revit Modeller is required, along with a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in modelling MEP services in architectural and interior fit-out projects.

Desirable Skills:
  • Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, detailing, and building materials.
  • Familiarity with relevant building codes and standards.
