Senior Production Support Specialist

Innovative production support professionals are required to drive business growth in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 9 years of experience in Level 2 production support, with a focus on capital markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level production support to business users directly.
  • Maintain expertise in SQL and Unix for hands-on experience.
  • Develop proficiency in VB, Powerquery, and Python for automation and analysis.
  • Evaluate and troubleshoot issues using Control-M for job scheduling and monitoring.
  • Cultivate a strong understanding of incident management processes and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Leverage ServiceNow or similar tools for efficient issue resolution and tracking.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in production support at L2 level.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with high accountability standards.
  • Regulatory reporting experience is an added advantage.

As a Senior Production Support Specialist, you will be expected to work efficiently during India shift timings (07:30 to 16:30 IST), while also being open to UK shift schedules. Your ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively will drive your success in this role.
