Real Estate Fund Raising Expert

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our real estate fund raising efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successfully raising capital for real estate investment projects in India across various asset classes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to raise capital, building relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing fund raising strategies
  • Building and maintaining relationships with investors, partners, and other key stakeholders
  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth
  • Conducting market research and analysis to inform fund raising decisions

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant industry experience
  • Industry: Real estate fund managers/ financial institutions / real estate developers operators / financial advisory firms.
  • Real Estate Fund Raising experience is a MUST.
  • Masters / Degree in Real Estate / Finance / Business Administration / Economics
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of real estate investment principles.
  • Strong team player, but also able to work independently.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills and experienced in financial analysis and modelling.
