Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned account manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Build and sustain strong partnerships with clients to guarantee their satisfaction with our offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and address client issues promptly.
  • Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Support the creation of client reports and presentations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to identify and address client issues efficiently.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
