Job Title: Taxation Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Taxation Leader to join our team. As a seasoned professional in US taxation, you will be responsible for leading a team of tax professionals and overseeing the preparation and submission of tax returns for clients.

About the Role:

  • Leverage your expertise in US taxation to lead a team of tax professionals
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns for clients
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with tax regulations
  • Mentor and train junior staff members
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations

Responsibilities:

  1. Tax Return Reviewer
  2. Complex Individual Tax Preparation and Review (1040)
  3. International Taxation, Tax Research, Transfer Pricing, and various Tax Treaties
  4. Foreign Compliance forms like Form 5471, Form 5472
  5. Multi State Tax Return
  6. Tax compliance review
  7. Tax technical research
  8. Preparing and submitting tax returns for clients
  9. Handling communication from clients and tax authorities
  10. Direct interaction with partners
  11. Supervision of Associate accountants
  12. Management of numerous client accounts
  13. Knowledge of all source documents
  14. Knowledge of all schedules
  15. Knowledge of all output forms

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Technical, Interpersonal, and Communication skills
  • Good English communication skills - Verbal and written
  • Good reviewer and query resolving skills
  • US Tax Knowledge CCH or UltraTax Mandatory
  • Commerce Graduate Mandatory
  • Advance knowledge of 2 software
  • Comfortable with all shifts
