IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT support specialist to join our team and ensure the reliability of our systems, networks, and devices.

  • Provide remote technical assistance for employees' hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning laptops, accounts, and tools.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for IT support procedures.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions across tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Jira, Zoom, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Monitor system access and ensure compliance with company policies and security best practices.
  • Support VPN, endpoint security, and multi-factor authentication setup.
  • Implement IT security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure business continuity.
  • Perform regular audits of access controls, patches, and updates to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
  • Experience with Google Workspace / Office 365 administration is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with VPNs, firewalls, endpoint protection, and security best practices is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills are required.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively across time zones.
