Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Architecture & Design">
  • Lead the design of Workday tenant configurations to meet business needs and enterprise requirements.">
  • Develop scalable, future-proof solutions across Workday modules.">
  • Governance & Compliance">
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks for configuration changes.">
  • Manage security design and access controls to meet compliance standards.">
  • Conduct regular audits and maintain documentation (decision logs, configuration inventories, etc.).">
  • System Integrity & Change Management">
  • Oversee change processes across production, sandbox, and implementation tenants.">
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through governance policies and monitoring.">
  • Reporting & Analytics">
  • Create and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership insights.">
