Network Solution Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Solution Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have 8-18 years of experience in network solutions and expertise in Cisco as the primary OEM, with additional knowledge of Juniper, Arista, Versa, Fortinet, and HP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in RFP/RFI process and develop bespoke solutions in collaboration with product teams/vendors.
  • Coordinate and oversee third-party providers for solution components and create/freeze Bill of Material.
  • Assess and understand client business requirements and translate them into formal network solution requirements.
  • Develop convincing solution strategy regarding current, intermediate, and future mode of operations including migration approach.
  • Design and develop end-to-end network solution design to meet agreed network solution requirements while considering economic parameters and competition.
  • Participate in due diligence meetings with customers to gather information on proposals/information requests and environments.
  • Successfully defend proposed techno-commercial solutions as part of pre-sales process.
  • Prepare proposal documents including proposals, pricing sheets, solution presentations against RFP's/RFI's and contractual documents such as Statements of Work, Resource Unit Definitions etc.
  • Understand new data technologies/products and position them in relevant solution proposals.
  • Keep up-to-date with latest products features, licensing, architecture, and price.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of DC-LAN (Tiered designs, Leaf/Spine, VXLAN, DCI, SDN-ACI/NSX), WAN (SDWAN-Viptela/VeloCloud /Versa/Aruba), Campus LAN, Wireless, WLAN, Routing Protocols-BGP/OSPF, Switching/Tunneling communication (i.e., IPsec/VXLAN/GRE), Load Balancer -F5, Network Knowledge of Automation with Ansible/Python/Terraform, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, BOM/BOQ creation etc
  • Proficient in Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco SDA, and Cisco ACI with ability to create Bill of Materials (BOM). Familiarity with Fortinet, Versa, HP, Juniper, and automation tools such as Python and Ansible is advantageous.

  • Any graduate with technical expertise and relevant certifications.
