We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Auditing calls, chats, and email interactions to ensure high-quality standards.
  2. Conducting data analysis and creating reports to drive process improvements.
  3. Providing feedback and coaching to teams to enhance their performance.
  4. Making recommendations to reduce learning curves and improve product/process knowledge.
  5. Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling quality for outbound sales accounts, excellent writing and comprehension skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

They should also possess technical knowledge of English communication, effective presentation, and feedback coaching skills, as well as hands-on experience with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

We are looking for a customer-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle/analyze data to generate quantitative and qualitative analysis.
