Drive the future of responsible innovation by leading the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge AI safety services and platforms.

The AI Safety Services team is looking for a visionary leader to spearhead the creation of tools and solutions that enable customers to safely deploy AI models.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, including experience in leadership roles, delivering AI/ML or data-intensive platforms, and coaching talent development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a cross-functional team of engineers, platform engineers, and product managers
  • Setting clear goals, promoting collaboration, and cultivating a culture of impact and rapid learning
  • Implementing agile processes to ensure speed, security, and quality in development

Additionally, the successful candidate will:

  • Partner with clients to understand their AI safety goals, challenges, and integration needs
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable roadmaps aligned with innovation cycles

Technical proficiency includes languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, as well as tools like Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and an understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and adversarial testing.

Nice to have skills include familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, experience with distributed systems, and knowledge of AI regulatory frameworks.

This role plays a critical part in building the guardrails that let innovation move fast without breaking trust. It's about scaling technology responsibly.
