Enterprise WordPress Lead

We seek an experienced and innovative leader to oversee the design, development, and delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure WordPress solutions.

  • Manage end-to-end WordPress projects to ensure seamless CMS experiences for our clients.
  • Architect and implement custom themes, plugins, and integrations tailored to business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, design, QA, and DevOps to deliver cutting-edge CMS solutions.
  • Evaluate and recommend modern CMS solutions based on project needs.
  • Mentor junior developers in coding, performance optimization, and security best practices.
  • Ensure timely delivery, manage code reviews, and maintain technical implementation documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong expertise in WordPress architecture, plugin development, and custom theme creation.
  • Hands-on experience with PHP, JavaScript (React/Node.js), HTML5, CSS3, REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other enterprise CMS platforms.
  • Exposure to Headless CMS, e.g., Webiny, Contentful, Strapi, Sanity.
  • Familiarity with cloud hosting (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver complex CMS projects.
