Workday Solutions Architect

This role is responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise-level solutions within the Workday environment.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday HCM and related business applications, as well as experience in IT with at least 4 years in a Workday architecture role.

  • Design and implement Workday solutions that meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise technologies
  • Maintain deep expertise in Workday HCM and related business applications
  • Align product strategy and roadmap with organizational priorities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven expertise in Workday HCM and related modules
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday's security framework and business process configuration
  • Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles and design methodologies
  • Workday certifications are required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise-level solutions within the Workday environment
  • Optimize financial systems and lead strategic enhancements across Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning
  • Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise technologies while aligning solutions to business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Product Owners, IT Product Managers, Technical Architects, Compliance, and development/support teams
  • Align product strategy and roadmap with organizational priorities by working closely with business and IT stakeholders
  • Maintain deep expertise in Workday HCM and related business applications
