Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, remain calm, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
