This is a back-office and sales combination role where you'll make outbound calls to promote products and services, handle customer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
- **Responsibilities**:_

1.Generate leads and promote products/services through outbound calls.

2. Answer customer inquiries about products and services in a courteous and informative manner.

3.Resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally.

4. Maintain a high standard of customer service.

5.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

6. Achieving sales targets and KPIs.

- Minimum **12th pass** qualification.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English languages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a pleasant phone manner.
- Ability to handle customer queries and issues over the phone.
