About this role:

This is a critical position within our retail organization, responsible for ensuring accurate pricing and promotions across all stores. As a Pricebook Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the company's retail price book.

The position involves maintaining item-level detail information in the PDI Enterprise Pricebook, setting up new vendors, and troubleshooting store issues. You will work closely with Operations, Accounting, Marketing, and Vendor Partners to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and clean up Pricebook data to ensure regular upkeep of item information and discontinuing of old items.
  • Work daily with Operations, Accounting, Marketing, and Vendor Partners to identify, research, and resolve problems.
  • Respond to all calls, emails, and personnel requests within the same day.
  • Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Support the retail price book and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience with PDI / Price Book, Marketing, and/or accounting software preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to learn store applications, including PDI software.
  • Strong organizational skills with emphasis on detail and follow-up.
  • Excellent data entry and communication skills.
  • Candidates must be articulate in verbal and written communications.
  • Team player with flexibility to changing assignments and direction.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Multi-tasking skills.
