Key Responsibilities:

  5. Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to all employees, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  6. Product Quality: Ensure product quality and availability meet the highest standards.
  7. Employee Reviews: Prepare and present employee reviews, providing constructive feedback and opportunities for growth.
  8. Store Management: Work closely with the store manager to lead staff, oversee retail inventory, and maintain stores to standards.
  9. Customer Support: Assist customers whenever necessary, ensuring excellent customer service.
  10. Scheduling: Organize employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize conflicts.
  11. Health and Safety: Ensure that health, safety, and security rules are followed at all times.
  12. Customer Service: Maintain a consistent standard of customer service, exceeding customer expectations.
  13. Motivation: Motivate employees to focus on the mission and deliver exceptional results.
  14. Visual Plan: Maintain merchandise and visual plans to create an appealing shopping experience.
  15. Task Completion: Complete tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in operations management or related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills.
