Senior Site Engineer Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day supervision of construction activity on site, assisting the Project Engineer/Manager with submission of daily progress reports and other site-related information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee tests on engineering services installations, including water supply, waste water management, electrical services, firefighting system, HVAC, medical gases storage and delivery system, voice and data networking system, building security and surveillance, etc.
  • Commission Engineering services systems, ensuring their integrated functioning.
  • Maintain sites diaries, testing results, and verify compliance of engineering services, systems, and controls installed.
  • Liaise with authorities for relocation of utilities and securing supply of utilities required for hospital operation.
  • Carry out field inspections on Contractor's setting out of works in relation to original points, lines, and levels of reference specified in the contract.
  • Measure and value work output performed by the Contractor, verifying statements.

Requirements:

- Graduate civil engineer with at least 8 years of on-site experience or diploma civil engineer with at least 12 years of on-site experience in construction of hospitals/hotels/institutional buildings.

- Experience of working in renovation and rehabilitation of building works.

Education:

UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil
