Construction Site Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of renovation projects for hospitals and nursing schools, ensuring that all works meet approved design drawings and contractual specifications.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and collaborating with EHS officers.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
  • Document works at site, including photographs, and maintain various records such as drawings, site visit logs, quality control checklists, materials received, test reports, and correspondence.

Support in preparation of monthly progress reports to be submitted to clients, including progress achieved, planned work, material received on site, quality control checks conducted, list of activities on site, issues observed, and site-based documentation.
