Instrumentation Maintenance Engineer Role

Our company seeks an experienced Instrumentation Maintenance Engineer to oversee the upkeep and repair of instrumentation systems in a DCS 800 X manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of various process field equipment including mass flow meters, temperature sensors, pressure transmitters, level transmitters, load cell systems, Profibus networking and communication, and DCS panels.
  • Lead the maintenance team in resolving technical issues and implementing effective preventive maintenance strategies to optimize equipment uptime and reliability.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address equipment malfunctions.

Requirements:

  • A diploma or degree in Instrumentation with 3-7 years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Experience in maintenance engineering, preferably with knowledge of industrial automation systems.
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance techniques and principles.
