Job Summary
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by addressing complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Manage daily customer requests through a shared mailbox and provide support across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product sales and process returns, as well as handle related customer requests.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve high levels of satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide effective solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Thorough knowledge of automotive repair, parts, and components.
  • Technical or engineering background.
  • Proficiency in English language skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose complex issues.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
  • Excellent teamwork skills for working collaboratively with team members and other departments.
