Job Opportunity: Skilled Bartender Wanted

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a bartender. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems, issuing and serving wine and champagne bottles, and maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the bar and its equipment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for stocking ice, glassware, and paper supplies, transporting supplies to the bar set-up area, washing soiled glassware, removing soiled wares from the bar top and tables, and placing them in designated areas. Additionally, they will anticipate and communicate replenishment needs, process all payment methods, count bank at the end of the shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank.

Other responsibilities include securing liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas, completing closing duties, following all company policies and procedures, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management, and completing safety training and certifications.
