Accounts Payable Specialist Trainee

Role Overview:
This Trainee Accounts Payable position offers an exciting opportunity to develop skills in accounts payable processing, email box handling, and AP process management.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for daily invoice processing, resolving discrepancies related to invoice payment, and working closely with business partners to resolve issues.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Process invoices daily for multiple region countries.
- Manage email box queries and provide support to helpdesk teams.
- Understand and apply three-way matching of invoices with PO lines.
- Process invoices with different currencies and understand various tax concepts.
- Work collaboratively with business partners to resolve invoice-related issues.
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets.
- Provide excellent customer service to suppliers and business partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration.
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience, preferably in AP process.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly with varying schedules.
