We are seeking highly motivated and result-oriented professionals to join our Study Abroad division. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in EdTech B2C sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide students effectively through their overseas education journey.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role for individuals who are passionate about helping students achieve their academic goals. As a Senior Admission Counselor, you will be responsible for counseling and guiding students in selecting the right programs and destinations for studying abroad.

Key Responsibilities
  • Counsel & Guide: Assist students in choosing the best study options abroad.
  • Manage Admissions Cycle: Oversee the entire process from lead generation, counseling, and conversion to final admission.
  • Engage with Prospects: Conduct B2C interactions with students and parents via calls, emails, and virtual sessions.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales/revenue goals.
  • Customer Experience: Maintain high levels of engagement and ensure a smooth admission journey for students.
  • Stay Updated: Keep track of industry trends, admission processes, and partner university updates.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Minimum 1 year of EdTech B2C sales experience (Study Abroad domain preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency is mandatory).

  • Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Working Days: 6 days/week (Sunday fixed off)
