Senior Lead Acquisition Specialist

About the Opportunity:

  • Paid Digital Distribution: Leverage expertise to drive paid digital distribution channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and emerging platforms.
  • Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage a robust lead acquisition strategy, encompassing idea creation, execution, review, and iteration.
  • Channel Management: Assume full ownership of key distribution channels, minimizing reliance on third-party vendors.
  • Experimentation & Optimization: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and experiments to improve campaign performance, analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Media Expertise: Proven experience with major paid platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Social Media Acumen: Deep understanding of social media platforms, including audience behavior and viral trends for marketing advantage.
  • Channel Management: Ability to manage, optimize, and expand digital distribution channels with minimal to no reliance on third-party agencies.
  • Growth Strategy: Capacity to ideate, execute, and iterate on growth strategies from start to finish.

Required Skills:

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles, focusing on lead acquisition and paid media.
  • Paid Digital Distribution: Deep understanding of paid digital distribution channels and record of successfully managing large-scale campaigns.
  • Hands-on Approach: Proactive, hands-on, and autonomous work style.
  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making.
