Business Analyst Opportunity

The role of a Business Analyst involves driving project execution and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our organization and contribute their expertise in project management, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies to drive project execution and ensure alignment on requirements and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and communicate updates to leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Scrum Master in healthcare IT.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent certification.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).
  • Proven experience in Agile methodology, with ability to lead cross-functional scrum teams and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital pathology workflows and systems.
  • Prior involvement in healthcare system integrations, interoperability standards.
