Project Management Role in High-Growth SaaS Company

This role involves managing engineering projects across multiple therapies and product lines, working closely with the CTO and Technical Project Manager.

The successful candidate will have experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira or Asana, and a strong technical understanding of full-stack development, especially TypeScript. They will also be able to collaborate effectively with engineers, stakeholders and leadership.

Key responsibilities include planning, tracking and delivering complex engineering projects, building and maintaining project roadmaps, timelines and resource plans, and monitoring project progress to proactively adjust plans and drive accountability for on-time delivery.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously using ClickUp or similar toolsets.
  • Develop detailed project roadmaps including timelines and milestones.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through regular check-ins, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient communication.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and multitasking skills, strong technical problem-solving ability and outstanding English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Requirements:
  • Experience in IT Project Management, Assistant Project Management or Technical Project Coordination.
  • Strong understanding of full-stack development, especially TypeScript.
  • Proven track record of collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.
