Corporate Transaction Specialist Role

Seeking an experienced Corporate Transaction Specialist to lead M&A advisory, divestitures, and strategic transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial analysis, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Leadership: Oversee end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, including deal origination, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
  • Client Advisory: Provide strategic guidance to clients on M&A opportunities, corporate restructuring, and capital raising, ensuring alignment with long-term goals.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform comprehensive financial modelling and valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses.
  • Deal Structuring: Design deal structures that meet client objectives while maximizing value. Oversee negotiations of terms, pricing, and legal documentation.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, banks, legal advisors, and other third-party advisors.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for clients.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on financial analysis, client presentations, and deal execution.
Requirements:
  • Education: MBA in Finance
  • Experience: 8-12 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or private equity raises, with a strong track record of deal advisory experience.
