We are seeking an exceptional Service Delivery Professional to join our team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

Under the guidance of a Supervisor/Manager, you will identify customers with potential business opportunities and collect required documents for validation.

You will be responsible for logging cases in the system according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and following the disbursement process.

Your goal will be to meet the organization's sanction ratio requirements.

As a key member of our team, you will also cross-sell multiple products to customers under the supervision of a Manager/Supervisor.

Additionally, you will assist in vendor empanelment and develop relationships with new vendors, as well as ensure compliance with all audit/RBI regulations.

Prior experience in a similar role and a Bachelor's degree in any field are preferred.
