Job Title: HR Intern

The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring, generating leads from LinkedIn, and building a pool of Trainer candidates. They will also assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates for open positions via various job platforms.
  • Maintain and update a database of Trainer candidates.
  • Assist in screening and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage records of office assets, including Wi-Fi devices, laptops, and other equipment.
  • Coordinate procurement of office supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Support day-to-day operational and admin tasks.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing or willingness to learn.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
