Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Delivery Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects and teams, with expertise in cloud services, data center management, and network security.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Account Governance: Represent Mphasis in client forums and reviews, ensuring strong relationships and contract management.
  • Customer Success: Provide thought leadership and contribute to customer success, positioning Mphasis as a trusted partner to the client's business.
  • People Management: Lead globally distributed technical delivery teams across multiple programs/projects, covering various client geographies and infrastructure services.
  • Technical Engagement: Collaborate with clients to generate proactive innovations and transformation initiatives, resulting in positive client experiences, risk management, and revenue opportunities for Mphasis.
  • Financial Management: Oversee overall P&L for the account, driving cost optimization initiatives and working closely with the Sales Leader to grow the account globally.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12+ years of relevant work experience in the BFS domain, data center consolidation/separation, and technical infrastructure services.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent client relationships, strategic client partnerships, and deployment of large-scale, high-quality infrastructure technology solutions.
  • Experience managing IS account delivery based on ITIL processes and deployment of new services under Infrastructure services.
  • Clear understanding of automation-led infrastructure delivery, quality management systems, and client end-user experience.
  • Strong business acumen, partnership skills, and ability to manage 3rd party vendors.
  • Ability to mine for new work and expand IT infra footprint in the account.
  • Proven ability in account management and governance, including contract management of large, total outsourcing contracts with managed services.
  • Leadership experience in globally distributed technical delivery teams with a team size of 70+ FTE.

Qualifications:

  • Engineering or similar advanced educational degree.
  • Relevant work experience: minimum experience of 12+ years.
