Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager

As a seasoned asset management professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our commercial real estate portfolio. This includes maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of asset-related data, organizing and storing documents, and preparing reports on asset performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to retrieve documents and information.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on asset performance, including budget variance and insurance status.
Requirements:
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and asset management software.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
