UI/UX Design Lead

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Design Team Lead with a focus on UI/UX to head our design function. The ideal candidate will have a strong vision for designing world-class user experiences, with the ability to mentor and grow design talent.

 

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of designers in creating innovative and engaging user experiences across digital products and brand touchpoints.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices that promote consistency and excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into user-friendly designs.
  • Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.

 

Requirements:
  • A degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field from a reputable design school is required.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of professional design experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design across web and mobile platforms is essential.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools is required.
  • A solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design is necessary.
