Software Delivery Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to manage the product delivery of our SaaS enterprise legal management platform.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Key responsibilities include fostering a DevOps culture, managing team performance, partnering with cross-functional leads, and coordinating with Product Management in all areas of development.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science.
- Masters degree highly preferred.
- 10 years of experience with at least 7 years of development experience in C#, ASP.NET, .Net frameworks, and front-end technologies such as React.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing small to medium-sized teams.
- Experience in Web development with client-side scripting languages.
- Extensive experience using and managing GIT-based source control systems.
- 5+ years experience building Azure native applications.
- Agile development methodologies and processes required.
Key Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to exercise strategic thinking, facilitate brainstorming, and direct day-to-day execution of projects.
