We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by analyzing, designing, and optimizing systems and processes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- • Analyze system integrations and data flows between e-commerce applications.
- • Define API specifications, data mappings, and technical workflows.
- • Write SQL queries for data validation and reporting.
- • Collaborate with developers to clarify technical constraints and feasibility.
- • Document technical requirements (e.g., FRD, user stories with acceptance criteria).
- • Collaborate with Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) to refine user stories, estimate work, and resolve blockers.
- • Assist in testing (e.g., API testing, database validation).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- • Proficiency in SQL, REST APIs, JSON/XML, basic scripting (Python/Shell), and system architecture.
Analytical Skills:
- • Experience in data modeling, process mapping, UML/BPMN diagrams.
Tools & Software:
- • Familiarity with Postman, JIRA, Confluence, Swagger, ERD tools.
Benefits:
