Key responsibilities include optimizing product listings, analyzing sales data to identify trends, collaborating with marketing and logistics teams, and ensuring a positive online customer experience. The role requires knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and a strong understanding of the fashion industry. Key Responsibilities

  • Website Management:Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring it is functional, visually appealing, and optimized for user experience.
  • Product Merchandising:Effectively display products online, create compelling product listings, and align site content with seasonal campaigns and new product launches.
  • Digital Marketing & SEO:Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, to drive traffic and increase conversions.
  • Sales Analysis & Reporting:Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and interpret market trends to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies.
  • Inventory & Order Fulfillment:Manage stock levels and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery.
  • Customer Experience:Enhance the overall online shopping journey and manage customer service inquiries to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with design, buying, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive brand experience.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • E-commerce Platforms:Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Digital Marketing:Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media.
  • Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze data to understand customer behavior and market trends, and to make data-driven decisions.
  • Fashion Industry Knowledge:A solid understanding of the fashion industry, current trends, and the target market.
  • Communication Skills:Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various internal teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70, ₹80,000.00 per month
