Senior Organisational Change Management Professional

The successful candidate will have a strong background in organisational change management, with experience in designing and implementing impactful transformation strategies.
They will be able to assess stakeholder needs and develop effective engagement plans, fostering collaborative environments and driving project success.
The ideal candidate will also have exposure to industry best practices on OCM and change toolkits, as well as experience working on large-scale transformations.
Key Responsibilities:

- Execute projects successfully, ensuring timely completion
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in organisational change management
- Strong knowledge of industry best practices on OCM and change toolkits
- Experience working on large-scale transformations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
