Quality Assurance Automation Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Automation Professional with strong expertise in Salesforce and nCino to join our quality engineering team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Automated Test Strategies: Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for Salesforce and nCino applications.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Perform End-to-End Testing: Conduct comprehensive end-to-end testing of nCino modules, including Loan Origination System (LOS), Credit Memo, Collateral, Covenant Tracking, Deposit Account Opening, and Workflow Automation.
  • Validate Salesforce Lightning and APIs: Ensure seamless validation of Salesforce Lightning, APIs, and integrations with external systems.
  • Ensure Thorough Test Coverage: Guarantee thorough test coverage across UI, API, data, and performance testing.
  • Define and Track Quality Metrics: Develop and track quality metrics, identifying defects and driving resolution.
  • Provide Mentorship and Guidance: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members, contributing to best practices in automation.
  • Support CI/CD Pipelines: Collaborate with the development team to support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

This position requires 9+ years of QA experience, with at least 4+ years in Salesforce QA and nCino projects. Key skills include hands-on experience with Salesforce testing frameworks, expertise in API testing, and proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodology.

Preferred qualifications include Salesforce certifications, nCino 201/301 certification, and experience with cloud platforms.
