Product Manager - AI/ML Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered products that transform healthcare outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science and AI/ML, with experience in building and managing product roadmaps for AI-driven features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for AI-powered products by translating customer needs and market opportunities into scalable, technically feasible solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and research teams to design and deliver high-quality, compliant AI products.
  • Identify and evaluate AI/ML opportunities in US healthcare by combining market insight with hands-on data exploration.
  • Partner with data science teams to prototype, test, and refine models before production.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in data science / AI/ML projects (model development, validation, or deployment).
  • Roadmap Planning: Experience in building and managing product roadmaps, especially for AI/ML-driven features.
  • Solid understanding of US healthcare data (claims, clinical, EHR).
  • Ethical AI & Governance Awareness: Understanding of responsible AI principles, data privacy, and model transparency.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python (mandatory).
