Transform Accounting with AI
Job Description:As an AI Specialist - Accounting Automation, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing accounting processes through the application of artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with leadership and functional teams to identify areas for AI-driven improvements in accounting, tax, and audit workflows.
- Design, develop, and implement AI solutions for data extraction, document classification, anomaly detection, and automation of repeatable tasks.
- Train and fine-tune machine learning models using company data, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Integrate AI tools with existing software platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Excel).
- Lead training sessions and workshops on the use of new AI tools and workflows.
- Monitor AI system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging AI technology trends relevant to accounting and finance.
- Document processes, model parameters, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development and implementation, preferably in the accounting industry.
- Proficient in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with natural language processing, OCR, and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools.
- Familiarity with common accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and their APIs is advantageous.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
- Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Proven project management and problem-solving abilities.
