Job Description

As a Strategic Relationship Officer at the VIBGYOR Group of Schools, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential parents. Your role will involve creating a welcoming environment that fosters engagement and drives growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to retain existing parents and attract new ones
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including in-person, phone, email, and online platforms
  • Escalate unresolved grievances to the Principal and Marketing Team for prompt resolution
  • Utilize CRM systems to track parent queries and ensure timely responses
  • Cultivate a positive experience for parents by providing clear information on school systems and processes
  • Maintain a well-organized front office area, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment
  • Foster communication and engagement with parents regarding their child's life cycle and post-school activities

Sales and Marketing Objectives:

  • Manage pre-sales processes, tracking leads from various sources and participating in planning activities like camps and tie-ups
  • Efficiently handle sales processes from initial contact to closure, increasing conversion rates
  • Contact potential parents, discuss requirements, and present the VIBGYOR brand to meet their needs
  • Achieve annual admission targets and objectives aligned with the Organization Admission Target Plan
  • Promote brand awareness through marketing initiatives and highlight USPs like summer camps and day care services
  • Maintain the upkeep of the discovery room and inform the reporting manager of any support required
  • Conduct campus tours for enhanced parental experience

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Record all admission registrations on Lead Management System/MIS tracker according to process guidelines
  • Organize daily tasks to maximize opportunities and attend audits promptly

Requirements:

Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing

Experience:

1-5 years with prior sales experience in the education sector
